I found the set 75005 Rancor Pit for 50% off in the clearence isle at my local Target. There were only two and were hidden behind a few mega bloks sets that were also on sale.

I actually found some good deals. The TRU i went to had Helm's Deep for $140 dollors so with coupon it was $110. $20 dollars off retail isnt bad plus theres another coupon for a free $10 giftcard when you spend $75 or more.

Found one at my local walmart. For 100 bucks theres a lot to not like about this set 
but for 40 bucks theres a lot to like about it

Went to target in hope of finding some lego on clearence. Sadly none except for Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator for $35. The rest of the aisle was restocked with the new Star Wars and Ninjago sets.

I found two 3315 Olivia's House at my local walmart for half off in the clearance aisle . Other than that i have no luck finding any other lego on clearance in the Walmarts in my town.
