Does anyone know when the little collectible Friends animal packs (Turtles' Little Paradise, Penguin's playground, etc) will be released?

It's only $10 off, but it's been sold out in my area since July.

I was about 30 seconds too late when it was clearanced at Target, and had to watch enviously as some lady wheeled the last four boxes to the checkout. So I'm happy to see it again at 25% off.

Target.com has the 7498 City Police Station for $72.09 as well. I don't know how long the price will be valid.
