How do you get the TMNT deal to work?

I honestly think that the person that adjusts the price on lego's follows these forums or is an investor themselves. They know when a set is in demand and raise the price. This has happened with the MF Vampyre Castle and I remember it happening when the HP castles were EOL. So if you're reading this...

I'm 34 and got one. I've only purchased the Horizon Express this month and a few other sets last month. Maybe a total of only around $300 in the past two months...

Is this in store purchase only?

I think they look great from the outside but it SEEMS like the inside lacks detail for such a big set. And the minifigures seem very plain. But how can so many people be wrong about modulars??

Comparing it to UCS series makes it sound impressive. Maybe I'll just try one or two and see what you're talking about. Definitely sold

If you google lego store Boxing Day it shows an announcement for a sale, but only for Canadian stores. Is there another announcement or something similar for US stores?

Winter sets meaning the Bakery, Post Office, and Village Cottage

Does anyone know if the winter sets usually go on sale/discounted after Christmas?

Says it's already been used.... :(
