Well, I get mine from Toys R Us Canada, and they do occasionally put the modulars on sale for 20% off. Of course, they usually mysteriously sell out five minutes after the sale goes live. And at Americian prices, full price isn't a bad price for the number of parts you get. I've never seen the Lego...
