Official release day for the pet shop is May 10. My Lego store has them but can't sell them until that date.

REALLY like this - it adds a lot of detail to the setup. As far as playability, it's another place for your LEGO folks to actually live, and to shop. Adds a lot more color to the setup overall too, although with Cafe Corner and Fire Brigade, there's an awful lot of red on this street.

Thanks!

10218 is awesome and much better than the fake one shown weeks ago. I like it much better than the Fire Brigade too (and I have 3 of those). I'm assuming this will retail for $150.

If by "fake one" you mean Follows Closely's MOC, he was trying to build the Pet Shop from memory. He got a sneak peek a couple months back. Lots of people wanted descriptions, so he just built a MOC for reference.

Tazman has uploaded more pics on his Flickr account. I'm not going to post them as he should get credit for this. He's getting mad hits on his account. From the looks of it, the first floor is low compared to other modular buildings. I'm curious to see what he thinks.

The most surprising thing about the Pet Shop is that there weren't any leaked pictures months before it's release like most sets.

Yes that's quite unusual.

Uploaded a few more pictures :D , with a few descriptions of the completed Town House. Was wanting to finish the whole build tonight but had to work late  , and usually do laundry on Wednesday nights. I am a single dad of a 7 year old boy :) . So things don't always go according to plan. :?

Anyway Thanks to everyone for the comments, etc.
