TRU must have gotten them -- a couple boxes it looked like at my TRU -- on the truck Thursday. My boys and I went there and felt our way through what was left to score all 16.
They were $3.49, but with my TRU bonus bucks ($5x3) they ended up being $2.55 ea. The boys chipped in a little Christmas money so they were even cheaper for me.

This is a great triumph for us considering how hard we practiced:

Having just gotten the last one I needed for Series 5, I'm not even sure what I'll do now that I have all of 6. Stop buying so much LEGO for a little while? Probably not.

Finally finished it. Roman was really hard to find. Spent about an hour at the lego store. They have atleast 4-6 boxes opened. My guess is that people are getting tired of these or lego made a large production run. I gave in and decided to just get them at msrp vs waiting for tru bogo50.

Why are there 2 Minotaurs? And it makes the total of 17 minifigures in the list.

I could fix that but editing the poll would erase all the votes. Just grin and bear it.

I love this series. I'm liking it so much more than how series 7 is looking. Possibly my favourite minifig from 6 is the Classic Alien. I have one small issue, though. In general I hate sculpted Lego heads. I like the classic cylinder. I really wish the Classic Alien had a cylinder grey head, with an alien face printed on... would've made it that much better.

I love this series too... I am gonna end up keeping so many =)
Minotaurs are just sweet, gotta have a little army for battling in LotR too.
Roman Gladiators... Don't we all want our own Phalanx?
Celts... Like the Highland army.. and tempted to keep extra for parts.. nice sword and shield.
Robots... Cuz Robots are awesome.
Genies... So many unique pieces, how can you not want a few?
Doctors.. Awesome trans piece, overall good minifig... now I can have a REAL hospital.
Bandits... Awesome parts pack. 2 Guns, Mask, and Black Cowboy hat? Win.
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

Hey Luciant-I hear you loud and clear. When I opened my box I thought the robot or genie would be my favorite. The weirdest thing is - Sleepy Head guy is hands down my favorite of the series. Reversible head with sleeping face/ groggy face. Matted mussed up hair. Cool looking pjs in a nice color and a teddy bear to boot.
Series 1 (I mentioned before) was whimsical - this sleepy guy fits right into that atmosphere easily and I like him for that reason. He's easy and fun and complex at the same time. Now to build something for him.

In regards to Sleep Head Kid, a Boogeyman minifig would be great in a later series. Would also fit in with all the other monsters.

Someone mentioned the Roman soldier, and yes we all want our own little army of these guys. For me this was one of the easiest to feel for because it has the one piece spear piece that is like nothing else in any other figure. Helmets and hair pieces throw me off and feeling for the shield didn't work for me either. I am still looking for Celts but don't have a feel for those either.
Minotaur is easy because the head piece is so odd shaped and bulky.

Got mine at Target, used my $30 worth of gift cards and $5 coupon to bring my price down. Went back the next day for another butcher and they were all gone already. Yeesh, why doesn't LEGO make these things in bulk more. They sell like hotcakes, I hate going to check Target every single day to see if they get put out there.

Went to TRU for the deal and managed to score one of everything...except the three I really wanted: Roman Soldier, Robot, and Butcher. Rastsafratsa!
