It's interesting that they chose to do a scene from Wolverine: Origins (Wolverine's Chopper Showdown) which is a film that was released back in 2009 and not from X-Men: First Class. Although I do understand the immense popularity of the Wolverine character, and the upcoming sequel to his film which supposedly will be released next year, I would think that X-Men: First Class offers more material for possible sets.

I guess it'll be interesting to see what characters are featured in each wave of sets, and LEGO times their release in conjunction with the release of Marvel's films.

The wolverine set is awesome, but it is strange. It doesn't go with the theme of the others (yes it's superhero theme, but not going with avengers like the rest). I had the same feeling about the Lex power armor set, it follows the super hero theme but it sticks out like a sore thumb.

I really want all of these!

The Box is labelled as such, there are going to be a tonne of Super Hero products, all under varying sub categories. X-Men is obviously going to be one.

I understand that, I guess I just found it weird that they had a line of avengers sets and decided to release a single x-men set along side them instead of waiting to release a full line of x-men.

Here's hoping fall/ holiday brings us more x-men and DC (non- batman) sets!
