Around noon - pet shop popped up, I added 2, and once i completed checkout, they emailed me to say they couldnt fulfil because the items were not available. So very frustrating! Then a few hours ago, Emporium popped up, and I grabbed 2. So far no email to cancel my order - hopefully the Bridge comes too!

I was trying to order two of the Tower Bridge, but it will only allow me to order one. How lame. FAO Schwartz and etoys are the same story. I wish something else was commensurately priced, so I wouldn't feel ripped off by only buying one TB.

Also, the winter post office 10222 has been and is still in stock and still $10 below retail. If you buy two, you are getting each for $45. Even if the Lego shop puts it at 40% $70, it'll be $42, only $3 different.

There seems to be some sort of extra TRU sale at the moment. Some Atlantis, some Pharaoh's Quest and some Princess Duplo sets seem to be 20%-25% off, PLUS B1G1 50%.

I noticed at my Walmart that the PQ stuff is 50% off (picked up a cursed cobra). I believe PQ is breathing its very last.

A shame, it was a cool theme, give me that over hero factory any day. My 7 year old agrees.

I picked up the sphinx and pyramid sets after christmas at walmart and really liked em, it's too bad they are leaving. I still see atlantis sets here and there, I'm sure it will be a while before PQ is completely gone, even if it's just because of the odd set here or there.

Well. I just tried and it locked up on payment. Went back, tried again and it says the inventory has been adjusted and cancelled my order. (Even though on the listing pages, it still says it's in stock.

Well, TRU pulled a fast one on me today. Went to the B&M store to pick up series 6 figs for the BOGO. Tag on shelf says 3.49, but still worls out ok after discount I figure, so I spend 30 minutes feeling the bags to find the ones I needed, which was most of them. Check out and they ring up at 3.99! I tell the cashier, she gets the manager, no dice. 3.99 or put them back. Didn't feel like wasting all that time feeling bags so I sucked it up. All I did was pay normal MSRP for them but man, was I burned! That's the last time I fall for that one! Next time TRU has any sort of price discount, I'm confirming price at the register before I waste any time feeling bags. Matter of fact, think I'll only bite on the 2 for 5 or the Buy 2 get 1 free from now on!

. I would call the corporate. Knowing TRU, it won't make any damn difference, but the fact the shelf said $3.49, the correct thing to do is honor it. Either way, TRU sucks and now you know like so many others. Other than the occasional BOGO 50% off sale when I can actual get something worthwhile below MSRP or TRU exclusives, I will never shop there again.

'course at our local TRU, this is somewhat common practice (or we're just unlucky)... they don't appreciate it when I offer to go pull the tag off the shelf so no one else suffers from the same confusion. On one particular mis-mark several months back, stayed up until all the sets were finally gone - I presume by folks thinking they were getting a really good deal, then not paying attention up at the register. Almost makes it seem intentional.
