Town Hall 20% off at LEGO store

Don't know if they're still here or not but I went to the Santa Clara Lego store today and they had 2 Town Halls for 20% off each. They also have grab bags but I got a brief look and the selection was underwhelming.

Are those damaged sets?

Anyway, if someone get both, I'd be interested in trading for the extra one. ;-)
