Guess Lego is recycling these minifigures now. £9.99 UK, $14.99 US

Meh. Cool especially if you don't have the figs. Where's the zombie pack? :) Can only hope they have a Halloween pack with zombies and other Halloween CFs.

Seems overpriced considering you only get 3 figs. And they couldn't bother giving us new/alternate designs? I say BOOO....but maybe I am just overly negative.

Dilbert12, I hope you are right about the Zombie pack but won't hold my breath.

yeah this is just a combo of different minifig from different past series.

surfer girl from Series 4

the hula girl is from Series 3

surfer boy from Series 2

It's a rip-off for 9.99

Its a decent idea, but nothing anybody was requesting. I do love the idea of a zombie pack. But knowing Lego it would be 1 Zombie thrown in with a Vampire and a ghost or something like that. Not just a solid zombie pack.

I think it's kinda neat. I'll probably pass as I already have those minifigs, and the Lego list is very long.
Quite honestly I'd rather see Lego making too many of the Series minifigs than too few.

Overrated and over priced, perhaps TLC has a lot of past series mini figures in stock and this is a newer way to finish the stock, have they stopped innovating? It seems like. Old stock repacked is not exciting.

These minifigs were not hard to find. Even TLG repackaged them, this pack will end up lingering at the shelves.

I may pick up a set when they are on 50% or more clearance. :-D

Just wishful thinking. They already have a ghost poly which I think may be timed with Halloween. With the Monster Fighters filling the Halloween theme, perhaps next year. Wishful thinking again.

Is anyone aware that there is a box set under the 3 minifigs pack in the photo? Is that the legendary upcoming "Haunted House"? I can see a green frog at the front yard behind the front gate.

Nope, it is just the Master Builder Academy set.

I can't see this happening any time soon, what with Monster Fighters.

It's not really a rip-off, if you consider that the figures would each cost $2.99, so you get the other brick-built accessories for ~$5. There are 63 pieces included, which includes the figures and their accessories accounting for 16 pieces total. So there's another 47 pieces inside the box. That Barbeque grill actually looks pretty fantastic!

It's a cute idea, I think, and for kids who missed out on previous CMFs it's a good way to get some from the 'beach life' sub-theme. It could easily augment the Seaside House, as well.

I hope to see more of these, frankly - one or two comprised of all previous Sci-Fi related CMFs would be great. Perhaps one featuring the humans (CMFs1 Spaceman, CMFs3 Space Villain, CMFs6 Intergalactic Girl and CMFs7 Galaxy Patrol) and one featuring robots and aliens (CMFs1 Robot, CMFs3 Space Alien, CMFs6 Clockwork Robot, CMFs6 Classic Alien).

I agree, recolors would have been cool to see, but I don't see this as a total failure. But ultimately, this is a new kind of experimental 'battle pack' type set, which I think is actually pretty cool.

I think you're onto something. Lots of sub-themes can be created from CMFs. Sports, warriors, mascots, etc...

I haven't heard anything about when CMFs will end, but my guess series 8 is the final one for awhile. They each have a color and series 8 is ending in black. These repacks would be a good way for those that missed them can get them again. They already selectively put CMF body parts in Build A Minifig at LEGO stores (no accessories though). I think they are up to series 4 body parts. I want multiples of CMF1 Robot.

I think the delineations over at brickset are pretty good - of course I would say that seeing as how I sort of had a hand in coming up with the categories ;-)

Because I have all the CMF series, this set is no interest to me. But for someone who doesn't have them, it's great. The other thing, they are not army builders. So like others have mentions, if they had a space theme, then I can see some interest from AFOL.
