I ordered Helms Deep on Sunday and received in yesterday evening, mine was delivered UPS though.

Mine has a shipping weight of 21.1 lbs as well...something is really screwy. I've never heard of ontrac...everything is either delivered by USPS, UPS or Fedex here.

21.1 pounds is probably the dimensional weight since they ship some of the larger sets in huge boxes. I got a Helm's Deep last week and the shipping box was at least twice as large as the LEGO set box.

Yeah, the box from my Helms Deep was huge. I'm guessing they use DIM Weight.

I live near Chicago. I didn't choose shipping carrier, that is just what was used.

The boxes are not huge, they are MASSIVE!

7066 box is 22 by 12 by 4 inches. The box was AT LEAST 1 foot by 2 feet by 3 feet. it was insane.

But it came in good shape, quick, free and an awesome set. :)

Box for Helms Deep just arrived... it's the size of a steamer trunk, can probably fit another four sets in there. lol

Both my package said arrive but did not arrive. Great Ontrac lost my package.

This is probably a good sign that I should not be collecting Lego city stuff.

Be happy you don't live in CA, they use ontrac for CA and 4 of my order on Amazon through ontrac is missing as well.

I won't get either my police and forest police station
