A Fred Meyer employee sent me the friends and family coupon, the other came directly from their website.

BTW has anyone seen the S8's lately at a Fred Meyer in the Portland area? The last three I've visited didn't have any, but two had boxes and boxes of S7's.

Try bi-mart. The one by me in corvallis has a limited lego selection but they always seem to have the series minifigs sticking around for a long time. I saw a box and a half of s8 there today...though that doesn't let you use the coupon, but bi-mart generally has slightly better normal prices anyway.
