Awesome. Both buildings are looking so good in yellow. In fact, yellow fits well in Lego city.
Will it be too messy to remove the top section of the bank while ladder, water pipe, and front columns were attached?

Nope, design the roof and level 2 to be removal while the water pipe and front columns remain. Try to upload a picture to shows. Thanks

Yep it is, trying to climb to the roof and enter via the openable sky roof! Aka bank transfer!
