I recently bought a Patrick (spongebob) from Ebay for the same reason. Was able to buy it cheap. That was some time ago so prices might be different. Might want to try Bricklink as well (search for arm or figure that might be cheap like Patrick)

I listed a patrick but its in bad shape. Right arm has large crack. Left arm has smaller crack.
I'm guessing that you probably want an arm in good condition but if you need a cheap one and don't mind the crack I can "sell" it to you for zero... just pay shipping of 2.07.
