German Toy Retailer Spielwaren-Bludau has revealed this year's LEGO Advent Calendars! For 2014, three types will be available including City 60063, Friends 41040 and Star Wars 75056. All three calendars will be available for sale beginning October 2014. What do you think of a Christmas Darth Vader Minifigure for the Star Wars Advent Calendar?

The Star Wars calendar has some great items. Looking at the box, I wonder if we will get the green Christmas light saber Luke is reaching for? Just hope they don't over price it again vs the other calendar sets.

At $50 a pop in Canada, I won't be getting the Star Wars or Friends one for my kids. The City one usually goes on sale though so as long its MSRP is $40 I'll probably get some for my kids.

Wow, they're getting a lot of use out of the CMF Santa - first in the series, then in the next Winter Village set and now in the City Advent Calendar!

It's cool that the City calendar includes a mailbox that looks just like the ones in Winter Village Post Office, I like that, really ties them together.

Hopefully the Friends one is more widely available this year, but I fear it won't be.

Yeah a Superheroe calendar would be awesome. It would be perfect, because they have figures, vehicles, and buildings they can use.

I like the star wars calendar this year. The fire place with the lightsabers is nice and the astromech tree is cool, although I think it would have been better as a protocol droid. Then you could place the r2-d2 snowman next to it and it would be a duo. Oh well still nice. Also nice to finally have a darth vader figure. There hasn't been one in lego sets for a while now.

I loved the Christmas Darth Vader Minifigure. I think I' definitely gonna have them soon and my kids will love them.
