Superstore 20% off, select city, super h, sw, hobbit (YMMV)

Post by creativerain » Sun Jun 15, 2014 1:04 pm

Hi everyone I was recently in the Coquitlam, BC Superstore and found some lego sets on sale from June 13-19th. They had some weird price points (some ended in .67 and others in .47) that I can't recall verbatim but most sets were roughly 20% off.

Sets include:

Hobbit
Mirkwood Elf Army ~$26.47
Dol Guldor Ambush ~$19

City
Flatbed Truck ~$19

Castle
Gold Getaway ~$19

Star Wars
Mandalorian Speeder ~$22.50
Awing ~$22.50
Tank Droid ~$19
Clone Troopers vs Droidekas ~$12
Republic Troopers vs Sith Troopers Battle Pack ~$12

Superheroes
Iron Man vs The Mandarin ~$12
Metropolis Showdown ~$12

Some duplo
Blue Briefcase
Pink Briefcase

Creator
Small Cabin ~$22.50

Sorry again for the rough prices, they had some really weird price points which makes it hard to remember exactly.

My wife just saw some of these as well in Ontario (flatbed truck and a few of the Star Wars sets). They were 25% off retail, however the stores in our area of Ontario also had a "no tax" promotion going on so for something like the battle pack, it was $12 total.

With the no tax event, it would make it 35-40% off. But as I recall they have clearances where they will blow them out at 50-75% PLUS no tax event. Now that will be the best time to shop. Offcouse, most times when that happens, people tend to clear them out faster than people reply saying thanks.
