Scooby Doo 2014 LEGO Sets List (Rumor)

A list of the 2014 LEGO Scooby Doo sets has surfaced online. The sets will be available during Summer around May/June 2014. A total of five sets will be made available. (via TheBrickFan)

This could be a really fun line. I just hope they'll be normal type mini figures and not some of their cartoony ones. I guess Simpson style would be OK though. The monsters could really make these fun. Obviously we'll get a mummy. I imagine the lighthouse will have something like this guy:



The mansion could come with some ghosts or even Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Wolfman depending of they are basing these on specific episodes. This could be really fun. I just hope is based on the classic cartoons and not the modern New Scooby Doos.

There is no usually, it can be 5+, or just one like The Simpsons' house, or 43 like Chima (I made that up.). There is probably one more exclusive that won't be on the list.

I can only hope that you don't have to buy all 5 sets to get the whole gang! Also, very interested to see how they do a Scooby minifigure...will he be brick built like Uni-Kitty, or just a different mold like a big-fig?

Second on that awesome 3-vehicle lineup you mentioned.

And unfortunately, marketing strategies likely dictate the group will be split up amongst the sets. I would think pairing Scooby and Shaggy would be a given, but 5 sets and 5 characters to split them up amongst and it would seem to be an easy decision for TLG.

Here's my guesses:
Scooby is in the Mummy set (classic scene from the cartoon opening credits)
Shaggy is in the Plane Adventures set (Zoiks!)
Fred is in the Mystery Machine set (he was always the driver!)
Velma is in the Lighthouse set (Jinkies!)
Daphne is in the Mansion set

I imagine Scooby will be in every set and have different expressions or possibly outfits/disguises. Shaggy is also likely to be in multiple sets, but you're probably right about the others being split up. IF they were all to be in one set together, it would be the Mystery Machine. I imagine that set will be the best seller, especially if the full gang is included. Even casual fans would be willing to pick that up. It would be similar to the Ghostbuster set where you get the car and full gang.

I wonder if Scrappy will be in any of the sets? I guess it just depends on what era they are going to go with. Hopefully we'll see these sets at least by Toy Fair next month.

I have been waiting for this for a LONG time! Scooby Doo, Legend of Zelda, and Doctor Who has been my list of things that I would love to see in LEGO form. I can't wait. I'm nervous to see how the figures and sets look. But I will most likely definitely be buying at least the Mystery Machine.
