Saw several city harbor's on sale today for $64. Also one Walmart had the new friends, city, dino sets.

I picked one up at that price.

Went to another Walmart (Ontario), and they had a couple good deals.
HP Burrows was 50% off, so I had to pick it up.
Some Alien Conquests were 30% off.
SW Bounty Hunter Assault Gunship was $35.
SW Republic Frigate was 30% off (so tempting as I want this set). If only if it was 50% off.

And the most depressing was they had an Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle, but someone broke in and stole the figures. I haven't been to a Walmart where there isn't a least 1 set like this. It is always the ones I want too.

I'm surprised people are able to break into the boxes so easily. One would think two pieces of tape on either side of a box would be enough security to thwart even the craftiest of thieves.

While the new design isn't the best to stop thieves, I do prefer it over destroying the boxes in order to get to the pieces of the old sets. They're easier to store when you can flatten the boxes.

I should have checked the Black Pearls as they were 30% off last Tuesday, so they might have been bumped to 50% off.

The other walmart (Santa Ana, CA) had 50% off all red box Ninjagos (Nuckal's ATV and Skull Truck), Holiday Wreathes (30028), SW Freeco Speeder 8085, and SW Plo Koon's Jedi Fighter 8093. There was tons of all of them.

Sorry, this isn't going to be helpful to you @littletoki, but for those in SoCAL looking for a Black Pearl, they had a bunch (~16) at the Cerritos WalMart last night, but only 25% off. Last week they had a few QAR's as well at 25% off, I held off in getting one hoping they would be further discounted, but they're all gone now, so I missed that one.

They also had a whole bunch of Tow Mater ultimate builds as well at 30% off.

Most everything else is gone now.

I haven't seen any 50% off at any WM's in SoCAL. All of the WM's I've been to since Christmas (except for Cerritos) really don't have any Lego on the shelves except for some 2012 sets.

I just got back from the Santa Ana, CA Walmart. All POC sets, including BP and QAR, scanned at MSRP.

You are right.
Santa Ana, CA had 50% off all red box Ninjagos (Nuckal's ATV and Skull Truck), Holiday Wreathes (30028), SW Freeco Speeder 8085, and SW Plo Koon's Jedi Fighter 8093. As of Tuesday morning, there was tons of all of the above. After scanning everything, this is the only things (other than some of the little creators) that I found. POC and HP were not on sale.

The other Walmarts I have visited are Corona, Riverside, Ontario, and Orange. Corona has had the best deals, but it probably cleaned out. Riverside (McKinley) had mostly red Ninjagos on discount. Everything else was at full price. Ontario was almost cleared out, and Orange was hit by a nuclear bomb and they had literally no Legos at all. Corona might still have some POC sets at 30% off. But you can get that same deal at some Orange County Targets.

I have not seen any. However, I have seen some at Target.

(For the Socal folks) I've been to all of the Walmarts between my home and office, and there's not much left in any of them, and no 50% deals at all. The only store that I have seen with any meaningful stock of sale items is Cerritos.

No Holiday polybags are 50% or discounted at any walmarts here and I asked about them and there was with no surprise a blank stare and look of whaaat? Not many polybags either.
And CMF series 5 is still full price as well...
Everything else is pretty much gone...

1. openly smashed and missing pieces
2. had very questionable seals

personally i would not be buying anything from this walmart, someone did a number on the lego sets that are left

+1. That's exactly what I saw as well. Norwalk looked like a bomb was dropped on it, total mess, saw the podracers but passed on them due to the condition of the boxes. Santa Fe Springs didn't have anything, there were some still sale tags on the empty shelves, but nothing that was 50% off.

I've got a serious Lego buying problem, maybe the first step is to admit that I have one , but I've been to Brea, Fullerton, Buena Park, Torrance, Cerritos, Santa Fe Springs and Norwalk over the last couple of weeks. I've found a few things, but nothing at 50% off. Most of the stores in my neck of the woods pretty much got cleared out before the holidays, so there wasn't much to put on clearance.

Have we been to the same Santa Fe Springs? Because I found everything there about two weeks ago, and they still had plenty this weekend, including lots of Cars, the Earth Defense and Police Chases. Norwalk was pretty well stocked, too. Torrance was a disaster unless you wanted Cars or Ninjago.

I got Earth Defense, Police Chase, and The Burrow at Santa Fe; police boat and powerboat transporter at Norwalk; Cars stuff at Torrance; and Hogwarts train and quiditch at Pico Rivera.

Santa Fe never marked the prices as on sale, the shelves still had the retail prices and no stickers on the items, so nobody would know unless they scanned it.

And if your looking for a well-stocked Target, try Santa Fe Springs and Commerce, although the former is still mostly 15-30% off while the 50% off stuff at Commerce has been limited (Marina, Hogwarts, Knight Bus as of Sunday).

Me too. Went to Corona's Walmart again this morning to see if they had any POC Black Pearls. Nope. All clearanced Legos are gone. There is a couple of random POC sets, but they aren't on sale (which is odd).
The good news is they had a Ice Dragon return. Box was open and dented, and manual was roughed up. But, everything looked in there. $7.50 and hoping there isn't a 4th bag in the set.

BTW if you want a Kre-O Sentinel Prime or a Panini machine, Corona is the place for you.

Last night there were 2 Slave 1' s at the store on Truxel in Natomas for $39.90. I did not get them because I got two right after christmas. I checked one box it was a little rough but not too bad and it was sealed. Not sure about the other. There was also an open Grevious' ship missing bag 1. Good luck.

The one in Wood Village had the Black Pearl for $69.99 (30% off) on the day after Christmas. Don't know if they still have them, or have them for that price, but they had about 20 on the shelf 2 weeks ago.
