This is a great set -- a "must have" in terms of building structure and all the extra goods that come with it. My son actually has it sitting next to the Pet Shop and it kind of works like that. An Old Towne shopping district perhaps?

My trade-in credit finally got accepted and I ordered a MMV and the batcave! I am pumped! Also MMV is the largest set I will own since I recently came out from what I think AFOL's call my "Dark Age". The biggest sets to date were scorpions pyramid and earth defense HQ I picked up 50% off right after new years!
