Lego shop at home release time?

I see a couple of new sets on Lego Shop at Home - two new Princesses sets - that are listed as to be released on December 1.

Does anybody know if that means they'll go on sale at 12:01am on Dec 1? If so, 12:01am in what time zone?

In the past it has always been 12:00am Eastern time zone.
