Help Identify Minifig Head

Hey Guys,
I'm trying desperately to figure out where you get the minifig head in frame 4 of the following comic. I found it on Reddit and am not the original artist so can't steak claim for it.

Jared's got it. Not exactly the cheapest head to get unless you found one of those polybags.
