My local store doesn't have them yet. Only place I've seen them thus far is at the LEGO Store. Knowing TRU, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Marvel sets appear on shelves right after this promo is over.

This is most likely why they are going on sale, the new sets are sitting in the store rooms on the back.
