It's only $10 off, but it's been sold out in my area since July.

I was about 30 seconds too late when it was clearanced at Target, and had to watch enviously as some lady wheeled the last four boxes to the checkout. So I'm happy to see it again at 25% off.

This set is hard to find for more than 25% off. I searched for a long time and eventually settled on around that discount percentage. It's a great set and getting hard to find, so I wouldn't be turned off by this price.

I have a question regarding this lineup. So from youtube video Lego Creator is not like Lego molecular because it has play-ability right? If so if I were only to build just one of the building only, is it more pricier than the average lego building sets?

It's not more pricey, and I assume you're talkind about the modular buildings.

It's not more pricey, and I assume you're talkind about the modular buildings.

Technically, both are good values, and both have playability.

I like Modular but they don't really open up the way normal Lego does. You have to take them apart from the top and not the side so you can play with modular on all 3 floors at the same time without having to take each floor apart. I know some of you guys can mod it but I'm new to it.
