I stopped by the above mentioned Walmart and found a Horizon Express in a clearance end-cap. It was not marked, apart from a penned slash through the UPC code. The scanner directed me to customer service. After having them call various people to determine the markdown, they arrived at 10%. Perhaps stupidly, I felt the markdown was weak and did not buy. Therefore, there is a nice Horizon Express sitting there with no less than a 10% markdown for anyone who lives nearby and is interested...
