Better off getting all the other stuff like prince of persia and some of the older city sets with the clearance going on at Target right now.

I'd like to purchase the passenger train and city airport on toysrus.com with the BOGO 50% off offer. But when I added them to cart and proceeded to checkout, the total comes to the original prices of the sets without the BOGO 50% discount. I also navigated a bit on toysrus.com, clicked the BOGO 50% off link on their online ad, but none of these city sets were listed as BOGO 50% off (only a bunch of Duplo & Atlantis sets were listed). Anything I'm missing? Thanks a lot.

Weird how city is excluded when its advertised. Probably a bug they need to fix. Maybe try calling them when you place your order.

I'm having the same problem online. I've tried entering many city items but the 50% off isn't refelcted. Is this an "instore" sale only??

I ended up going to TRU store to get the two city sets I wanted at BOGO 50% off --- had to look for them in the four stores near where I live, luckily one of the stores carried both sets I wanted :D

FYI....
The TRU website was updated today and it will let you add City sets including the trains. I was finally able to place two Cargo Trains in my cart and have the second one 50% off. I placed the order and got the free shipping.
